Terms of Service

Inspections

An inspection covers what can be seen and safely reached on the day. Damage hidden under shingles or tile, such as soft decking or rotted fascia, may only show up once the old roof is off. If that changes the work, we talk it over with you and agree the change before going further.

What the proposal covers

The written proposal lists the work and materials included. Anything outside it is added only when you and we both agree in writing.

Your property

We need access to the roof, the attic if it is part of the job, side yards and the driveway for the trailer. Beds and shrubs under the eaves are covered, but some disturbance during a tear-off is hard to avoid.

Permits and approvals

Where the City of San Antonio or your suburban city requires a permit, we pull it and book the inspection. HOA and historic-district approval is the owner's to request; we supply the product details it needs.

Weather

We do not strip a roof when storms are forecast or wind is strong. In spring, a job can move at short notice, and any open area is covered until we return.
