What we keep

When you call or text, we note your name, number, the address of the property and what you tell us about the roof. Inspection photos and the written report are stored with that record.

Why we keep it

We use those details to book visits, write proposals, carry out the work, and send records to your insurance company or HOA when you ask us to.

Who sees it

Nobody buys your details from us. They go only to services we rely on to run the business, to an insurer or association you have asked us to send them to, or to anyone the law requires.
